Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Houston

The room & property were really clean & always kept clean, the hotel was nice & quiet other than the occasional freeway traffic noise, my room was always clean and never noticed that the maids cleaned my room no matter if I left my things out or not which leads me into my next plus about this property which is that my things were never touched wether it was left out or not. The staff was friendly for the most part depending on who was there. There are restaurants & stores close by the hotel which was a plus & it was close to downtown which made it easy to do things. Also the breakfast that’s provided was always freshly cooked and a wide variety of breakfast is provided that is not the normal hotel breakfast that’s usually provided.

Staff was super nice and professional. The location was not too bad. It was just hard to exit the property as it's positioned a very short distance from the highway. My initial room looked clean, but when I turned on the lights, there were roaches on the coffee table. I was promptly given another room. Upon entering, it was much nicer and very clean. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the room.

From the time we arrived and checked in until the time we checked out the establishment, and its workers were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was always hot and if something was out of stock, they refilled it quickly. In all honesty, even my children, they were truly happy with the establishment. When you step through those doors, the outside does not matter anymore. It’s as if you are stepping into your own private oasis. Whenever we have conventions in the future, this will be our stop. If you have any questions or any concerns, take it up with the staff immediately they will help you.

Everything was clean, friendly staff and a relaxing place to spend the holidays. My family and I went to the museum we had actually booked a different/ closer hotel but we read the reviews and it was horrific. So we decided the safer and more comfortable option would be this one. This is our second time booking. Without a doubt it's an amazing hotel.
